 Il giorno 19 Agosto 2010, è stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale n°193 il nuovo regolamento VDS.
Per essere attuativo dovranno passare i canonici 60 giorni poi sarà legge per tutto e per tutti.( dal 17 Novembre 2010.)
